Welcome to Valenciaga Beauty Studio! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please take a moment to read through our salon policies.
1. Appointments & Booking
- Appointments are required. Walk-ins are not welcomed.
- A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your booking. This amount will go toward your final total.
- Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with fee.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.
- More than 2 no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
3. Refunds
- Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once the service is completed.
- If you are unsatisfied, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address it.
4. Nail Repairs
- Free repairs are offered within 3-5 days for breakage or lifting due to technical error.
- Any damage after that window will be considered wear & tear and will incur a repair fee.
5. Children & Guests
- Please do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service. This ensures a calm and professional environment.
6. Payments
- We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, etc.].
- Tips are highly appreciated and can be given in cash or electronically (e.g. Cash App, Venmo, etc.).
7. Health & Hygiene
- If you are feeling sick or have any signs of infection, please reschedule.
- For everyone's safety, we follow strict sanitation procedures.
8. Nail Art & Inspiration
- Please send inspiration photos at least 24 hours before your appointment if requesting nail art.
- Complex designs may incur additional charges based on time and detail.
9. Service Refusal
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of illness, inappropriate behavior, or who does not follow salon policies.
